General support services include response to customer questions about the installation and operation of our standard translator tools, the input source and the output target languages, and training to optimize use of the tools. These support services are provided via telephone, fax, e-mail, and/or mail. Support services do not include on-site services and custom support modification services.
**Custom Modification and Proprietary Language Conversion Services
Custom modification services are available for those customers who require custom modification of our standard translator tools to meet their specific migration requirements. If you are interested in custom modification of any of our standard converter tools, please send us a list of the modifications you require, and we will gladly provide you with a quotation. In addition, we have a special expertise in the modification of our standard conversion tools to custom tools that accept proprietary computer languages for migration to more modern, widely-supported target languages.
We fully guarantee our translation tools. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the output of the tool you purchased, we will credit the full value of the purchase price towards our translation and verification services to get you the results you need.
